First Funds Recovery is committed to clear and transparent information about service fees, cancellations, and refunds. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refund requests are handled and should be read together with the applicable service agreement, proposal, invoice, and our Terms & Conditions.
This policy does not promise or guarantee the recovery of money, cryptocurrency, or other assets. Recovery outcomes depend on the circumstances of each case and on factors that may be outside the control of First Funds Recovery.
Before a paid service begins, First Funds Recovery will disclose the applicable service fee or the method used to calculate it, when the fee becomes payable, and any material payment conditions that apply.
Where a service is offered on a success-based or contingency-style fee arrangement, the applicable written service agreement will define the event that causes a fee to become due, the amount or calculation method, and any exclusions or additional costs.
Where a service requires an advance or fixed service fee, that fee and the scope of work it covers will be disclosed before the client agrees to proceed.
Any third-party costs, where applicable, will be identified or explained before they are incurred where reasonably possible. First Funds Recovery will not describe a fee as a tax, government charge, bank charge, or third-party requirement unless that description is accurate.
First Funds Recovery does not offer a blanket guarantee that lost funds or cryptocurrency will be recovered.
A payment for case review, transaction analysis, tracing support, documentation assistance, or another agreed service is payment for the service described in the applicable agreement and is not a payment for a guaranteed financial result.
If a specific money-back guarantee or special refund commitment is expressly offered in writing for a particular service, the eligibility conditions, limitations, time period, and exclusions for that offer will be disclosed before the client purchases the service. No such guarantee should be assumed unless it is expressly stated in writing.
A refund may be available, subject to the applicable service agreement and law, in circumstances such as:
Refund eligibility is determined by the service purchased, the payment arrangement, the work already performed, third-party costs already incurred, and any other terms disclosed before the service began.
Once agreed work has begun, fees attributable to services already performed may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law and the applicable service agreement.
Examples of work that may already have been performed include case assessment, review of documents or communications, transaction analysis, blockchain tracing, preparation or organization of case materials, research, reporting support, or other work included in the agreed scope of service.
Where a prepaid fee covers both completed and uncompleted work, any refund of the unused portion will be determined in accordance with the applicable written agreement and applicable law.
Charges paid or committed to independent third parties may be non-refundable once incurred if the third party does not provide a refund. Any such cost should be disclosed or explained to the client before it is incurred where reasonably possible.
First Funds Recovery does not control the refund rules, processing times, or decisions of banks, payment processors, cryptocurrency platforms, professional advisers, government bodies, or other independent third parties.
A client may request cancellation by contacting First Funds Recovery using the contact information below.
A cancellation request does not automatically create a right to a full refund. Any amount refundable will depend on the applicable service agreement, the payment structure, work already completed, third-party costs already incurred, and applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
First Funds Recovery may decline, suspend, or terminate a service where reasonably necessary, including where required information is not provided, information appears materially false or unlawful, continued service may violate applicable law, agreed fees remain unpaid, or continued engagement is otherwise inappropriate under the Terms & Conditions.
If First Funds Recovery terminates a prepaid service before all agreed work is completed, any refund due for an unused portion of the service fee will be determined under the applicable service agreement and applicable law.
To request a refund, contact First Funds Recovery and provide enough information for us to identify and review the payment.
Refund requests should be sent to info@firstfundsrecovery.com.
Refund requests are reviewed individually against the applicable service agreement, payment records, scope of work, work completed, third-party costs, and applicable law.
First Funds Recovery may request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess a refund request.
Approval or denial of a refund request does not depend on whether a particular recovery outcome was achieved unless the written service agreement expressly defines a success-based payment or refund condition.
If a refund is approved, First Funds Recovery will communicate the approved amount and the method by which the refund will be issued. Where reasonably possible, refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
The time required for an approved refund to appear may depend on the bank, card issuer, payment processor, or other provider involved. First Funds Recovery does not guarantee third-party processing times.
If you believe a payment was incorrect or you have a concern about a charge, please contact us so we can review the matter.
Nothing in this policy limits any lawful right you may have to raise a payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, payment provider, regulator, or other appropriate organization.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable requirements. The current version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.
Changes will not retroactively alter material refund or payment terms in a signed service agreement unless agreed by the parties or permitted by law.

First Funds Recovery provides case assessment, transaction analysis, tracing support, and information regarding potential recovery options. Every case is different. No specific result or recovery of funds is promised or guaranteed. Transaction tracing or case analysis does not itself guarantee recovery.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy should accurately reflect the fee structure and services actually offered to each client. Where a separate written service agreement contains service-specific payment or refund terms, those terms apply subject to applicable law.
